It can be so difficult to know where to begin on your path towards feeling well and grounded. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to offer support and guidance. I strive to create a place where you feel safe to share your deepest fears and concerns and know that I will be there to hold a safe, caring and non-judgmental space for you. I believe based on my own experience as a therapist and the research on how therapy works - that the therapeutic relationship is key for the therapy process to work. In that spirit, my approach is relational. I am a human just like you living in a world filled with hardship and suffering alongside beauty and magic.
Are you struggling with anxiety rooted in difficulties parenting or religious trauma? You look like you have it all together from the outside, but internally you're struggling with fear, guilt, and shame. You struggle to advocate for yourself and get so stuck in caring for others, that your needs are always pushed aside.
Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed and triggered by the challenges of being a parent and don't know how to take care of your needs when you're so focused on caring for your child(ren). You want to parent differently than you were parented but it is so difficult to do this when you keep getting pulled into anxiety that leaves you exhausted and frustrated.
Maybe you grew up in a high control religion and were able to leave but are now realizing how much that experience shaped you and are just realizing how much more healing there is to do. You want support to process this trauma with someone that understands firsthand how big of an impact religious trauma can have on every aspect of day to day life.
However anxiety and fear is showing up in your life, I am here to support you in processing these feelings and finding more ease in your life. I know it can be so hard to know where to begin. You don’t have to walk this path alone. With me as your steady support and guide, you can work through your fears and worries. As your path and direction becomes more clear, you can begin to find more connection to yourself and those that you love.
